Bahria Town Karachi management has announced a change in the Facilitation Charges that were applicable since 2019. The former charges that were applicable since 1st November, 2019 are only applicable till the 30th of September 2021. Afterwards, the revised transfer charges will be applicable from the 1st of October, 2021.
What is Transfer Fee?
It is the amount paid by the buyer for acquiring any property in Bahria Town Karachi. All the project that were launched during this time including Central Park Apartments, Bahria Greens, Iqbal Residential, Quaid Commercial, Hospital Commercial etc., their Facilitation charges have changed as well.
